Supporter newsletters

Mini-magazines that showcase the work of your charity or non-profit organisation are the perfect way to reach out to your supporters and increase donations. Include a balance of case studies, examples of where donated funds have made a real difference, and appeals for further support. An 8-page or 12-page A5 booklet is ideal, printed on a nice uncoated stock.

We can even help with your mailing fulfilment, if you need it. We can supply polywrap mailers, compostable alternative mailing bags, or printed envelopes, along with a printed return envelope (or BRE) for supporters to return donation slips.

Fundraising packs

Support your fundraisers by sending them a pack to help them raise awareness of their event and maximise their fundraising success. Supply each fundraiser with a poster, a small pile of leaflets to hand out, and their all-important sponsorship form. Depending on the size and type of event, you could also include something special like stickers, bookmarks, a t-shirt, cake flags for a bake sale, or coasters for a wine tasting.

Event materials

Large format posters are great for grabbing attention and directing people taking part or watching an event in what they need to do, or reminding them of the great cause they’re raising these vital funds for.

Leaflets for people to take home will encourage further engagement after the event – people will be inspired to donate later, or even get involved in your next fundraiser themselves if you offer them a reminder.

Rubber stamp collecting events are popular and simple to organise, especially for outdoor events with children taking part. We can print flat or folded sheets for your attendees to proudly stamp and take home – be sure to include details of your organisation and how to make donations after the event.

Does your charity sell Christmas cards or calendars to support your fundraising? Our minimum order for charity calendars is 100 copies, with your choice of size, paper type and binding type. If you’re looking for charity greetings cards or notecards, we can supply cards individually packed or in bulk. Again, our minimum is just 100 cards.
